Traditionally Ally Weld uses the telephone & fax to process Plant Trailer orders. This works well and will remain the primary way of ordering a trailer.

Phone Orders:  (03) 5263 1177
When you make a phone order we will request the following information:

• your name
• address
• contact number
• fax number
• trailer type
• alterations to factory specs (see spec sheets)
• do you require a spare rim & tyre?
• what are your towing requirements? (Bartlett or Pintle)

From this information a quote is drawn up and faxed to you with an alterations form if needed,
for you to sign and return to us. Upon acceptance of the quote the deposit will be organised.

You can also use this website to initiate a trailer order. There are downloadible PDF order and alteration forms that you can save to your hard drive to print out, fill in, sign and fax to us on (03) 5263 2677.

These forms are available at the bottom of each plant trailer product page. Just click the plant trailer model in the menu and you will see them there.

If you require alterations which deviate from the factory specifications, it is important you fill out a modifications form. Download the modifications form, print, fill in with description and diagram if necessary, sign and fax to Ally Weld along with your order form.

Once received we will contact you to confirm the order and modifications if applicable. From this information a quote is drawn up and faxed to you for your final approval. The deposit will be organised at this time.
