Welcome to Ally Weld Engineering

Established in 1996, Ally Weld Engineering has steadily grown from a business of once modest beginnings to the present thriving, much larger company now known as Ally Group National (AGN).

The success of AGN is largely contributed to its creator; Mick Allardyce, who is at the forefront of the business. Through steely determination and thousands of hours of shear hard work, Mick and his team have built a company which is itself, now at the forefront of its associated markets.

AGN consists of three separate business divisions; Ally Weld Engineering – steel fabrication, Plant Trailers Australia – heavy trailer manufacturing, and High Tide Constructions – re-locatable cabin manufacturing, of which all are operating with great success.

Over the years Ally Weld Engineering has produced structural steel for a huge number of new homes throughout Geelong and the Surfcoast, for a number of commercial buildings such as supermarkets and schools and an endless number of fabrication jobs such as heavy machinery fittings, truck body manufacturing and conveyor systems to name a few.

The second of the companies’ business divisions, Plant Trailers Australia is responsible for heavy trailer manufacturing. It is a DOTARS (Dept. of Transport and Roads Services) approved business which allows the business to be a Heavy Trailer manufacturer, with each trailer holding the appropriate approval numbers.  These trailers are engineered to a superior standard and are delivered throughout Australia on a weekly basis.

The final division of AGN is High Tide Constructions which is responsible for the manufacturing of re-locatable cabins.  High Tide’s park cabins have received a huge amount of praise within the industry to date and continue to be recognized as a standout.  Along with the park cabins, High Tide is busy building re-locatable mine huts which again are proving to be a huge success with modern features throughout and an affordable price tag attached these huts are similarly growing praise and recognition within the mining industry.

AGN and its subsidiaries have and still continue to build a reputable name for themselves throughout Australia in each of their relevant markets and in turn continue to grow.  Due to this constant growth the most recent of events which AGN is currently undertaking is a complete shift of premises from the Anglesea Industrial Estate to the Winchelsea Industrial Estate, where the company has recently purchased an 18acre parcel of land.

It is from this new site where AGN will once again spread its wings and embark on the journey of building a bigger, more successful company with the aim of employing approximately 20 more staff members.

Looking forward, AGN aims to establish a large manufacturing and training facility at the new site which would vastly increase opportunity to a broad spectrum of up and coming enthusiasts within each of the trades of which AGN are associated.

AGN is a company who prides itself on producing A1 products through its exceptional workmanship and aims to continue on this path while enjoying continued success long into the future.
